• Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the workshop.

• In case of cancellation, a processing fee of €3 will be deducted from the refund.

• For rescheduling between 72 and 24 hours before the workshop begins, a credit worth 50% of the workshop price will be issued for a future booking.

• Less than 24 hours before the workshop, or in case of a no-show, no refund, credit, or rescheduling will be granted.

• Any delay of more than 20 minutes will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund, credit, or rescheduling.

We work exclusively with 999 silver (99.9% pure silver) sourced from Heimerle + Meule GmbH, a refiner certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) under the 2019 Code of Practices and 2017 Chain of Custody standards.

These certifications guarantee complete traceability of the silver used, as well as a strong commitment to ethics, respect for human rights, and responsible sourcing.

Our silver is recycled and refined in Germany according to the strictest environmental standards. Its malleability and natural luster make it a precious material ideal for creating sustainable jewelry that is respectful of people and the planet.

Each piece is then entirely handcrafted in our Parisian workshop, combining artisanal authenticity with transparency regarding the origin of the raw materials.
