Deliveries and returns

  • You can make a return on the non-personalized jewelry in compliance with the following conditions:

    • Return costs are your responsibility, unless there is an error on our part in preparing the order.
    • The jewelry must be intact and returned in its original packaging.
    • The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.

    For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned.

    Our personalized jewelry is not subject to refunds or exchanges once the order is confirmed.

    Customization and thickness specifications cannot be changed after order confirmation.

    If your order has not been delivered or has been damaged during transport, you have the option of requesting a new shipment.

    In case of damage during delivery, please contact our customer service at within 5 business days of receiving your package. Be sure to include a photo of the damaged order as well as your order number.

    Please note that any request made after this 5-day period cannot be taken into consideration.
