Return & Shipping Policy
You may request a return for non-customized jewelry, provided the following conditions are met:

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error was on our part during order preparation.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned.
Customized Jewelry
Customized jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed.
Once confirmed, personalization choices (texture, width, closure type, etc.) and thickness cannot be modified.
Shipping
All our pieces are handmade to order.
Production and shipping times are usually between 7 and 20 business days.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order has not been delivered or was damaged during transit, you may request a replacement.
Please contact us at contact@sesameaparis.com within 5 business days of receiving your package and include:

A photo of the damaged item or packaging

Your order number
Unfortunately, requests made after this 5-day window cannot be processed.
